SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) jar Russian dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 sm. jar apricot preserves
1 cut up chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts with ribs

Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves together. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Pour over chicken in pan and bake uncovered at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
