SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up (3 lbs. or more)
1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Place chicken in 9"x13" dish. Mix ingredients with small amount of water. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
