SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 fryer chickens or chicken breasts
1 env. dry onion soup mix
8 oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
10 oz. jar apricot preserves

Combine dressing, soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken parts which have been placed in single layer, skin side up in large shallow baking dish. Marinate for several hours in refrigerator. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees basting occasionally with pan drippings. Serve with rice and the sauce.
