BUTTER TOFFEE COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
8 bars toffee candy (Skor or Heath), crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars. Beat eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Stir flour, butter, and egg mixtures until blended. Add crushed candy. Drop by level tablespoons onto ungreased sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes. Cool on rakes. Makes about 6 dozen.
