SPICED VINEGAR | |
5 c. malt vinegar 2 sticks cinnamon 12 whole cloves 4 blades mace 15 whole allspice 8 peppercorns Place vinegar and spices in the top of a double boiler over cold water. Bring water to boil, remove from heat and allow the spices to steep in the warm vinegar for 2 hours. Strain, bottle and use as needed. |
