NOODLES & BEEF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. beer
1 lg. carrot, diced
Dash celery seed
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can French onion soup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. parsley

Brown meat and drain, add remaining ingredients, combine and simmer 30 minutes. Add 1 tablespoons cornstarch to 4 cups of water and mix in. Serve over cooked noodles.
