BEEF, VEGETABLE AND NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onions
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, with juice (2 sm. cans)
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. fine noodles, partly cooked (about 2 minutes)
Buttered crumbs or French fried onion rings

Brown beef and season with salt and pepper. Add celery and onions. Cook until vegetables are tender and add rest of the ingredients. Top with buttered crumbs or French fried onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
