GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 lbs. ground meat
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
6 oz. noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 can beef vegetable soup or mixed vegetables

Saute ground meat, onions and bell peppers in 3 tablespoons oil or butter. Cook noodles according to directions. Combine meat, noodles, mushroom soup and beef vegetable soup. Pour into baking dish. Cook at 350 degrees until bubbly. Place grated cheese on top, return to oven until melted.
