BEEF AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
3/4 c. grated cheese (Longhorn or Cheddar)

Cook ground beef until lightly browned. Drain off grease. Grease 9x13x2 inch casserole dish. Mix soups and milk in separate pan. Layer potatoes, ground beef and soup mixture in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bake for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender, at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
