SHANNA'S ALFREDO SAUCE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 cups milk 6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. minced garlic (or 2-3 cloves garlic) 6 grinds fresh ground pepper (or 1 tsp. pre-ground) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. parsley Add cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, garlic, pepper and salt to pan. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly. When cream cheese is floating as small chunks whisk vigorously until smooth. Reduce heat to low and add parsley. Stir.
