HUNGARIAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
Salt & pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp. oil or butter
1 bay leaf
3/4 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. paprika

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in oil. Add onion, brown until golden. Lower heat. Add bay leaf and garlic and bouillon. Cook, covered for about 1 hour. Transfer chops to hot serving plate. Reduce pan juices to half by cooking over high heat. Add sour cream and paprika and blend with juices. Pour over chops.
