KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 sm. chopped onion
1 pkg. chicken breast, cooked & cubed, save broth
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes (with extra green chilis, if you like)
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Dip tortillas in warm broth to soften, then place 1/2 of tortillas in casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of the chicken mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese, repeat row of tortillas, then chicken mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
