KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken
1 pkg. wheat flour tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar jalapeno processed cheese spread
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes, drained
1 pkg. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, grated

Boil chicken until tender. Cool and debone; set aside. Over medium heat in a large saucepan, mix both cans of soup, onion, jalapeno cheese spread, and half of Longhorn cheese. Blend well.

Note: To make real good, use 2 chickens. Soak tortillas in chicken broth. Layer tortillas in bottom of 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Next a layer of sauce and a layer of chopped chicken. Repeat layers. Top with remainder of Longhorn cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
