KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Put tortillas in boiling chicken broth for 1 minute. Spread 6 tortillas in a 9x13 casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of each ingredient except cheese. Cover with remaining tortillas and repeat layering. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
