KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 med. white onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 yellow or red pepper, chopped
6 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
10 to 12 lg. tortillas

In a large bowl combine cheese, soup, Rotel tomatoes; microwave on high for 5 to 10 minutes or until mixture is completely melted, stir occasionally. Add onion, pepper and chicken and stir. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan with tortillas. (Make sure it is completely covered.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
