CAROLYN M.'S CHALUPAS 
1 or 1 1/2 lbs. pinto beans
2 tsp. oregano
Williams chili seasoning for 4 lbs. of meat
Salt and pepper to taste
4 lb. beef roast, cut up
2 tbsp. cumin

Cover with water and cook in 250 degree oven for 8 hours. Shred beef. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, ripe olives, onions and cheese.
