ASPARAGUS QUICHE 
1 can asparagus (10 1/2 oz.) drained
1 c. milk
5 eggs
1 sm. onion, finely minced
1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. basil
1 scant tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place drained asparagus in greased pie plate bottom. Beat milk and eggs. Combine ingredients. Pour over asparagus. Bake at 325 degrees until knife inserted comes out clean (45 minutes to 1 hour.)
