BROADWAY CHICKEN 
8-10 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter

Cook chicken and cut into pieces. Place chicken in greased 9"x13" dish. Heat soup and sour cream until it bubbles. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This was a great recipe and so simple! I cut it in half and still had leftovers. I also flavored my chicken. I used club crackers and added poppy seeds and it was AWESOME! I'll for sure make it again!
