FRIED ZUCCHINI 
DRY:

3 c. flour
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

WET:

1 egg
1 pt. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. water, iced
1 tbsp. oregano

Dip slices in the batters, going from dry to wet and back to dry. Fry at 350 degrees in vegetable oil until golden brown (20 - 25 seconds). Can be served with Ranch dressing for dip.
