FRESH ORANGE FROSTING 
1/2 c. soft butter
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 egg yolks
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Blend butter, orange rind and egg yolk. Add sugar and orange juice alternately until mixture is of good spreading consistency. Enough to fill and frost 2 (8" or 9") layers.
