FRESH ORANGE - CRANBERRY JUICE
SALAD
 
1 c. cranberry juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 oranges, peeled and cut into bite size pieces

Heat cranberry juice to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in orange pieces, sour cream, and nuts. Chill until firm.
