CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (16 oz.) cream style corn
1 pkg. (8 oz.) corn muffin mix
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch oven safe dish. Stir all ingredients together and pour into prepared dish. Bake 1 hour.
