PLANKED SALMON STEAKS 
4 salmon steaks
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Hot seasoned mashed potatoes
Peas with tiny whole onions
Dash of pepper
Lemon and parsley, if desired

Place fish in a single layer on a preheated oiled wooden plank or a well-greased broil-and-serve platter.

Combine butter, lemon juice and seasonings; pour over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Arrange hot potatoes and vegetables around fish. Garnish with parsley and lemon, if desired. Serves 4.
