CHICKEN CRUNCH CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey, cooked
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. crushed potato chips
4 tbsp. shredded sharp cheese
Paprika, if desired

Combine chicken, soup, milk, and salt. Heat to boiling. Spread 1 1/2 cup potato chips on bottom of greased 2 quart casserole. Pour in chicken mixture. Cover with remaining chips, sprinkle cheese and paprika over top. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25-30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
