1/2 tsp. oil Lg. onion 1 lb. browned ground chuck or hamburger 1 lb. steak fries or crinkle cut French fries 20 oz. can green beans (do not use French style) 1 sm. can cream of asparagus soup 1 sm. can cream of cheddar soup 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (opt.) Grease oblong baking pan with oil. Slice onion and place in bottom of pan. Next layer should be browned meat. Then a layer of your French fries. Strain your green beans but save your juice. Place your beans on top of your layer of fries. Place each of your soups in a bowl and mix with juice from green beans. Then spoon on to your layer. If you prefer you can top with a cup of shredded cheese and now you're ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
