Garlic (fresh or powdered) Oregano (fresh or powdered) Salt and pepper to taste Fresh lime juice Water (enough to equal 1/4 of total volume of lime juice prepared) Combine all ingredients and let stand for about 10 minutes. Pulp from the limes is okay to include in the juice. Place cut up pieces of chicken into the marinade and let stand overnight, if possible to increase flavor. Then Barbeque or broil chicken, using the marinade to baste during the cooking time. |
