VERSATILE CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken pieces
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. chicken flavor bouillon
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, optional
1 c. flour
1 to 2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter, melted

In large bowl, combine buttermilk, bouillon and oregano, let stand 10 minutes. Stir, add chicken, stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes. In plastic bag, combine flour and paprika, place chicken in bag, a few pieces at a time, shake to coat. Place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish, drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
