BUSY DAY CHEESE CAKE 
1 graham cracker crust (can be purchased in the store)
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 box instant lemon pudding mix

Soften cream cheese, blend in 1/2 cup milk until very soft. Add remaining milk and pudding, mix, beat slowly with electric mixer or egg beater until well blended about one minute. Chill at least an hour or overnight.
