HOT TACO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can tomato soup
Green onions
1 lb. light sour cream
8 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain fat. Add (undiluted) can of tomato soup and the seasoning mix. Add onions. Put in a shallow dish and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Spread cream cheese on top and sprinkle with chili powder if desired. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven or heat in microwave. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
