WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. chopped ripe olives
1 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. wild rice, cooked
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. hot water & liquid from tomatoes

Mix all ingredients and put in ungreased casserole. Put more cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sometimes I use a package of long grain and wild rice. It is cheaper.
