TURKEY CHOW MEIN | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sliced celery 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 c. cold water 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon 1/2 env. onion soup mix 2-3 c. diced turkey 16 oz. can bean sprouts, drained 8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced and drained 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained Chow mein noodles In large skillet, cook celery in butter. Green pepper, cut in strips, may be added. Combine cornstarch, water, and soy sauce; blend into mixture. Stir in bouillon, and cook until thickened. Then stir in the remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and serve over noodles. |
