CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa or chocolate mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Stir or beat in the liquid ingredients until mixture is smooth. Fill paper lined cupcake tins no more than 1/2 way full. Then put 1 heaping teaspoon of filling mixture into center of each cupcake.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chocolate c hips

Bake at 350 degrees for 24 to 30 minutes.
