CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

1. Beat first 4 ingredients well. Add 16 ounce package chocolate chips. Set aside.

2. Beat remaining ingredients.

3. Fill muffin cups (pre-lined) 1/2 full with chocolate batter.

4. Top each one with heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture.

5. Bake 350 degrees, 30-36 minutes.
