MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage (hot)
1 can whole tomatoes, drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, (Mexican, mild)
2 onions, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder

Brown onions, then add meat and brown. Cut Velveeta into 1" cubes. Combine all ingredients in oven proof dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
