PICKLED EGGS 
1 doz. hard boiled eggs, cooled, shelled
2 (16 oz.) cans whole or sliced red beets
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar

Combine juice from beets, vinegar and sugar into a bowl; stir well. Add beets and eggs. Refrigerate.
