BEEF & VEGETABLE DINNER 
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. curry powder
1 lb. beef for stew, cubed
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, partially thawed
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 med. potatoes, cubes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour and curry powder in regular size (10 x 16-inch) brown and serve bag. Add beef; turn bag gently to coat beef. Add remaining ingredients to bag; turn bag gently to mix. Close bag with tie. Makes 6 (1/2-inch) slits to top. Cook 60 to 70 minutes; serves 4 people.

Microwave directions are same, except tie bag with string or rubber band; cook on high for 14 to 16 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
