BEEF AND CABBAGE DINNER 
1 tsp. butter
4 to 5 c. cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 lb. ground beef
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Melt butter in skillet; add cabbage, onion and potatoes. Sprinkle with caraway seed. Crumble ground beef over above. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over beef. Cover. Cook over low heat 30 to 35 minutes, or until meat is done.
