1/2 lb. butter 2/3 c. sugar Yolks of 3 eggs 1 tsp. almond extract 2 1/2 c. flour Cream. Do not stir in too much air. Put through cookie press. Use star disk and drop in concentric circle to make a round cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 or 8 minutes. Tina always said if you are going to the work of baking, you might as well use butter. She baked Norwegian cookies better than the Norwegians. Karel usually doubles the recipe. |
