TINA'S CHEESE SPREAD 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper, optional
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. jar pimento

Beat eggs in saucepan. Cook everything at low heat until thick. Remove from heat and let cool.

Cream cheese; add onion, pepper, butter and pimento (chopped onions and peppers). Mix cheese mixture into egg mixture, mixing well with electric mixer until well blended. Refrigerate. Keeps a long time.
