1 pkg. macaroni
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. pimento cheese spread
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can mushroom stems and pieces

Cook macaroni and drain. Mix all ingredients while macaroni is hot. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
