GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICHES 
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 (4 oz.) skinless chicken breast halves
2 hamburger buns

Pound chicken breast with meat mallet until 1/2 inch thick. Combine other ingredients (not buns) in a non-metallic bowl and marinate chicken breast overnight. At serving time, remove chicken breast and place on an uncovered grill over medium hot coals. Grill about 10 minutes until no longer pink, turning only once. Brush during last 2 minutes with the marinade. Serve on toasted buns with lettuce and tomato.
