CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 qt. oblong baking dish, buttered
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 whole chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Boil chicken until tender; debone and skin. Break into small pieces. Boil broccoli until pretty well done. Arrange broccoli on bottom of dish. Arrange chicken on top of broccoli.

Mix together (soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice). Pour over top of chicken. Top with cheese and then bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. If it looks like it will be dry, add a little milk.
