POTATO-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag of frozen hash browns (plain), OreIda (put in 9x12" dish to thaw)
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
12-14 slices deli sliced American cheese, break up
1 melted stick butter
1/2 onion, chopped or minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl. Blend bowl mixture with hash browns. Crush 2 cups of Corn Flakes. Pour on top of casserole. Take 1/2 to 1 stick of melted butter and pour over casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit to settle. Serves 8.
