MARSHMALLOW SALAD 
1 box lemon gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Sm. marshmallows
Chopped peanuts

Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add slivered cream cheese. Use wire whip to blend. Add crushed pineapple. Pour in glass baking dish. Cover with small marshmallows. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Refrigerate.
