1 pkg. active dry yeast 1 c. warm water 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. salad oil 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. onion, minced TOPPING: 1 c. desired meat, cooked 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 c. Mozzarella cheese Any additional toppings such as mushrooms, green pepper, etc. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add the remaining ingredients for the crust. Stir about 30 strokes until mixed well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread dough on greased pan. After thoroughly combining all of the ingredients for the sauce, spread the sauce over the dough, add any desired toppings and finally top with the cheeses. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
