ARLENE'S CHERRY JUBILEE CAKE 
1 pkg. cherry cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pear nectar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
3 drops red food coloring

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a well greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove. Glaze or dust with confectioner sugar.
