CHERRY JUBILEE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. Knox gelatin (unflavored)
1 stick butter, melted

Mix top ingredients and put in bottom of pan. 1 c. chilled evaporated milk 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese

Beat top ingredients together until stiff then add cream cheese. Chill overnight and top with cherry filling.
