CHERRY JUBILEE 
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. coconut
2 cans cherry pie filling

Mix flour, sugar and butter as for pie crust. Add coconut. Pat half of mixture in bottom of well-greased 15x12 inch pan. Add pie filling. Then add rest of dry mixture on top and pat down. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
