LASAGNE 
2 lbs. browned hamburger
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
15 oz. cottage cheese
2 pkgs. shredded Mozzarella
2 pkgs. shredded Velveeta
8 oz. lasagne noodles
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs

Combine hamburger and sauce and simmer while noodles cook. Combine eggs, cottage cheese and beat well. Pour 1 cup sauce in bottom of 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Layer 3 pieces of cooked lasagne over sauce. Cover with another layer of meat sauce; top with cheese and egg mixture. Sprinkle Mozzarella and Velveeta. Repeat layers, ending with Mozzarella and Velveeta. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
