LAYERED DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 pkgs. instant pudding
3 c. cold milk
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 container Cool Whip

Make a crust with flour, butter and chopped nuts. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk and spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
